Barrel Aged Chardonnay 2008
Tasting Notes
A creamy yet elegant structure with aromas of vanilla and cooked pear. It is best served chilled at 10 C.Food Pairing: This wine would pair well with a mushroom alfredo pasta or served as an aperitif with a creamy brie cheese.
"A big surprise! The approach on the nose is literally white peaches and cream with hints of fresh pineapple and lemon meringue pie; the palate is bright with flavors of lime, guava and a hint of caramel. This wine has great structure, lightly oaked and not overtly acidic."
