Gamay 2007
Tasting Notes
This wine has a peppery nose with aromas of
cranberry and cherry. On the palate this light, easy drinking red has a slight acidity that is
balanced with light oak tannins.
Food Pairing: This light red would pair perfectly with a bruschetta appetizer. When serving with your main course pair with a roasted turkey or pork dish.
"Light and pleasant with peppery cherry notes. Easy drinking; great for movie night. Food matches: bruschetta, turkey, pork." Natalie McLean, Nat Decants
Production Notes
